What started as a seasonal brew, Nutt Hill developed into a fan favorite! A malt-forward brown ale, with natural Pistachio flavors. Named after the 'famed' ski-hill right here in Plymouth!

THE MIGHTY MULLET IPA
There's a river running thru our great little town, The Mullet River. We brewed this IPA with a touch of wheat malt, and Amarillo, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops.

The world is full of Amber's, and everyone has their own take on it. Brewed with 2-Row, Cara Amber, Mild and a touch of Chocolate malts, it's then hopped with English and American hops. Remember; Its Only A F...... Amber.

'Sconsin is a simple Belgian-styled ale, brewed with wheat and Pilsen malts, complemented with Hallertau hops and Saison yeast. Carbonation is lower to highlight the fruity-funky yeast notes.

The best way to describe Dink-Dink: New England-styled Session Pale ale. Or, delicious works as well. Pilsner and Wheat malts set the base with the addition of Lactose (unfermented milk sugar) and a plethora of Azacca, Mandarina and El Dorado hops. And haze. Lots of haze. Limited availability.

Dairyland Dark w/ Orange
This is a new, original take on our flagship Dairyland Dark featuring hints of natural orange flavor. Very Limited availabilty.

Plymouth is located along the Eastern edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. The beer, Kettles, is a Kolsch-styled ale. Refreshing and clean, brewed with Pilsner and Rye malts, finished with Hallertau hops.
